It is a little disturbing that Easy Cheese says “No need to refrigerate” on the top of the can, right next to “excellent source of calcium.”

1. They are sweet and juicy.
2. They last longer than a week.
3. It doesn’t matter if something gets on the skin, because you don’t eat that part.
4. They give me an excuse to play with knives.
5. They smell so good, even in the trash.
