This is an advertisement from HostNet, a brazilian host provider, talking about an option to install automatically WordPress with lot’s of plugins and themes.
On the balloon it’s written: “HostNet has launched the turbo WordPress version in his Auto Installer”.

It actually looks a bit like a SuperBarack graphic I’ve seen, only with WordPress as a value-added element. WordPress: it even makes Obama more Super. Hyuck.
