I happened to have fennel but never found any use for the leaves on the vegetable that I have at the moment after seeing your blog and reading this article I will try this for the very first time. In addition I tried Fennel earlier this month in a soup but, did not think I was going to like fennel but, I did after seeing how good it taste. My new years resolution was to incorporate more vegetables and fruit in my diet for, better weight management so I hope to see more food ideas from your blog.
