1. They are sweet and juicy.
2. They last longer than a week.
3. It doesn’t matter if something gets on the skin, because you don’t eat that part.
4. They give me an excuse to play with knives.
5. They smell so good, even in the trash.

Good interview between Scoble and Schwartz, and I wanted totest out the new “post to wordpress.com” feature of Podtech.

I thought all the reports on the internet were joking, or mostly hyperbole.

I thought it was only people who flailed around crazily with their Wiimotes.

However a few minutes ago while bowling the strap on my Wiimote broke and the controller went flying, hitting the ceiling with a large bang that broke off the battery cover and broke the hooks that keep the batter cover attached, and then came down inches away from my LCD TV.

Whoa!

If you have a Wii, definitely be careful.

Earlier I posted a few of my predictions for 2007 to the wp-hackers list here, I thought it’d be worth blogging to make it easier to find next year and also be part of the WP.com prediction tag.

So here are my 2007 predictions for WordPress:

• We’ll do 3 major point releases
• People will start Wordcamps around the globe
• WP will become the #1 used tool on the Technorati 100
• Daily spam will be 10x what it is today
• WYSIWYG will no longer annoy savvy writers
• Several new WP-based companies will start
• We’ll figure out the whole plugin/theme directory thing
